Once per week, your child will view a video. They are approximately 12-20 minutes long. Each morning, your child will do some brain exercises. Once your child learns them (they get one or two per week), the series takes less than 5 minutes. About the time it takes to brush their teeth. During the 6 week course, students are encouraged to use our on-line or printable journal once daily whenever it is convenient. It should take about 5-10 minutes. So, no more than one hour per week for absolutely everything!

The start up time is about 30 minutes for a parent. This includes watching 2 short videos on how to access program materials. Each week there after parent time is approximately 10 minutes to read the Parent Resources information about your child’s lesson for the week. You’ll spend less time managing behaviors and more time coaching your child. Making parenting much more enjoyable.
